Submission Guidelines
Paper Submission
- Original unpublished Research Papers, Articles & Working papers with a maximum length of 5 pages on topics related to the conference theme are invited for presentation/publication in the conference proceedings.
- Format your paper according to CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Groups Guidelines (not exceeding 5 pages, A4 size). Extra pages will be charged. Refer to the attached Springer template for paper preparation.
- All papers must be submitted online via the Vectmag's SeasexpressSubmission Portal.
- All submissions will undergo thorough peer-review by experts based on originality, significance, and clarity.
- Only papers presenting original content with novel research results or successful innovative applications will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings (as chapters in edited volumes of Springer Series).
Submission Steps
- Step 1: Click on Seasexpress Submission Page.
- Step 2: Login (if already have a Seasexpress account) or register to make a submission.
- Step 3: Click to make a submission.
- Step 4: Select the ICRATM 2025 from the section under start category (save and continue after marking and filling the required details).
- Step 5: Upload the submission (Research Paper / Manuscript) and then click on another link to choose the option that best describes the file from the following:
- Main Manuscript
- Signed Copyright Transfer Form
- Plagiarism Report
- Response to Reviewers (Not applicable for initial submission)
(Save and continue after marking the required details.)
- Step 6: Fill the required information in the metadata category (save and continue after marking and filling the required details).
- Step 7: Under the confirmation category, review and adjust any information entered before continuing. When ready, click "Finish Submission".
Publication
- Proceedings published by Conference Publishing Services
- Accepted and presented papers Proceedings with Scopus Indexed Book Publication by CRC Press, Taylor & Francis Group
- At least one author must register for every paper
- Proceedings available during the conference
Plagiarism Policy & Publication Ethics
- The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin/iAuthenticate etc. The similarity content should not exceed 10% (including self-content or others), with no single source exceeding 1% similarity.
- Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should not be present in an article.
- If any model / concept / figure / table / data / conclusive comment from any previously published work is used in your article, you should properly cite a reference to the original work.
- The language used to explain adopted content should not be the same as the language of the original work.
- If using any copyrighted material, you should acquire prior permission from the copyright holder.
- ICRATM strongly discourages plagiarism in research articles, proposals, and theses.
- All submissions undergo plagiarism check before editorial review.
- Articles failing the plagiarism check will be rejected.
